It's unclear whether the video is of today's alleged visit as many people against the Minister have alleged that the video is old.

I think the video is from today because the National Anthem being sung in the video is the new one and as at this time 2 years ago, Tinubu had not been sworn in and this time last year (30 Mar 2024) we were still using the old anthem as the new anthem being sung in the video was re-adopted on 29 May 2024.
