It also contains an entertainment strip that includes a casino, digital cinema, children’s arcade, restaurants, a mini amphitheater, a nightclub, and pubs. There is also an artificial tidal lake fed by the Ogun River, a Water Park / Leisure Land, and parking for 10,000 cars.

Business facilities include an open exhibition area for trade exhibitions and other events and a movie production studio commonly called Gateforce Studios.

There is a 256-room international three-star Hotel. The GITC also has a truck terminal, and an independent power plant powers it.
