We need deep IT services and startup in South East. We have industries, manufacturing and production we need more tech entrepreneurs.
I have said this before, the south east needs massive IT growth. There is a lot of mad money to be made from it.

Soludo isn't your typical politician, he's a technocrat one of the finest brains in the country.
I love my state with all my heart but I have not seen anything that will convince me that this project can be pulled off by Soludo. Ordinary overpass at Awka took like forever to complete. Can he also do this without borrowing or seeking for private investors?
Just being realistic bro. This to me seems like election gimmicks.

This is fantastic and good, the sea port will be the game changer, it will create more than 100,000 jobs directly and indirectly, take the igr of Anambra to nothing less than N400B and give the state which is already among the first 5 most powerful state in Nigeria an edge as a super state.
Be like say you dey craze 🤣😂

Unlike privileged Lagos, where federal government awards a whole lot of intra state lines to Lagos, only for Lagos state govt to link it up with inter state rail lines.
Anambra as a pacesetter state, will do well if the ambitious and very determined governor
can nuture these rail lines to fruition, inspite of the obvious lack of support from FG,it will boost the economy of Anambra and environs.
Please revisit the Lagos rail plans and contract, don't talk Rubbish

I doubt it you are from Anambra to be writing this after what Soludo has achieved within three years across the state, doubtful minds should be patience he will prove to you guys why he's called oluatuegwu, go and watch his media chat and hear what he said about the railway project and Mixed-Use industrial city

Soludo is a better governor than Obi. Am not surprised cos he was also a proactive cbn former governor. He save Nigeria from bank collapse. He is all round better. From education to governance and yet most igbos don't like him cos he don't support foolishness. God bless him.
Oga stop being stupid. Obi did what he did because at that time Anambra needed to have some direction in terms of financial prudence and management. Soludo is here leveraging on this to also push his own ideas. Tinubu as a governor didn't do anything. Fashola came in and set the bar high does that mean Fashola is better than Tinubu if we go by your logic? You hate Obi because that is the task you guys have been tasked to do to consistently malign him against 2027, imagine Atiku is there ooo you don't talk about him but when Obi is mentioned you go on overdrive that alone speaks volumes about whom you fear most.

Just so you know, I am a full blooded Anambrarian. We will revisit this after he must have completed his second tenure and then we will know how well he will do with this promise. I hope for the best just that the reality on ground doesn't measure up. I love your level of optimism though.

Not true, Gov Soludo is dualizing Nnewi road to Okija express and construction of bridge at Ulazi river also in Okija, building smart school at Ihiala, rehabilitated Eze-ego road Ihiala, Constructed roads in Okija, connecting University community Uli to national grid, this is just three years of his administration

You are an ingrate for saying doesn't measure up, for what he achieved in Awka alone, this is Arroma overpass bridge you complained isn't up to a year they Started it now it's 95% completed

If the countries that manufacture these railway infrastructure failed to have every child in free schools, like Soludo and his predecessors have failed to do, would they be able to have the necessary skills to be ahead of us blacks huh

Some 93% of children between the ages of 3 and 18 are in education in state-funded schools without charge (other than for activities such as swimming, cultural visits, theatre visits and field trips for which a voluntary payment can be requested, and limited charges at state-funded boarding schools.

All schools are legally required to have a website where they must publish details of their governance, finance, curriculum intent and staff and pupil protection policies to comply with The School Information (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and 2016. Ofsted monitors these.

Any mention of where the funds are coming from and the funding model they intend to use?

Before any south-east state embarks on a project such as intra-state rail, or before the states in the south-east consider a regional rail network, i think they should have first considered establishing a steel industry…either owned by a state or owned collectively as a region. Building a rail network would require a lot of steel, and it doesn’t make sense to include that in the things to be imported for the project when the raw materials and expertise for steel production are available locally. This would reduce the cost of the project, and i’m sure if we check well there’d be diaspora Igbo capable of contributing their skills and experience towards the project which could reduce the cost even further!

All south East states have the potential of becoming mega states with igr of more than N300b , Enugu airlines will be a game changer, Abia Airport and fiber backbone will open up the state to ICT powerhouse, Anambra sea port project will transform Anambra to a fully industrial state , net exporter and manufacturing powerhouse, imo state seems to be working on tapping that gas and petroleum deposits while Ebonyi might as well explore agricultural potentials

Otondo Soludo declared free education from primary to senior secondary school, recruited 8,1150 qualified teachers first in history by any state governor in Nigeria, today Anambra ranked lowest in out of school children in Nigeria, currently building 22 smart schools across the state, like I always say to hypocrite like you first advise your state governor

What as the nonsense you posted have to justify your delusional claim? What’s the verifiable link to the nonsense you post? And what methodology was used to arrive at that?

A old report of as far back as 2006 that could be concocted by anyone is what you using as a reference and in your mischief, you chose the one that suit your warped narrative😂😂

Keep living in lala land🤣🤣your tiny Anambala is just a size of 2-3 local govt in Ibadan, still largely undeveloped, aside from onitsha which other place can be referred to as urbanise?

Like I said, just celebrate your mediocrity in peace and stop the need to measure d!ck with far advanced states and region grin

You can’t even boast of any foreign investment, because no investor will go and invest is money in an environment that is hostile and unviable grin

Anambala 1st son, celebrate your mediocre in peace and stop the need to always display your inferiority by alway trying to compare your shitty state with far more developed state and region, have some shame grin

It’s you and Soludo who are certified otondos.

Why build smart schools for a few children while most children are not in free public schools with adequate teachers and other staff as well as appropriate number of classrooms, libraries, labs, playgrounds etc huh

Meanwhile, Makinde has employed almost 20,000 teachers, which dwarfs Soludo’s 8,150 even though Makinde is still very far from the goal of every single child in free schools.
