Nobody has ever farmed there. So all the manure from every plant and animal that ever died there is there.

Wrong. Rain do leach nutrients beyond rpot zone. Soil test will help u know weather u need fertilizer or not

You don't need any additional fertilizer, the land is fertile already since it's a virgin land so, continue with your farming without fear
