Nice one! Agriculture is currently a way of life in Nigeria to eradicate hunger.

Contact me for farmland I sell verified properties.
Looks like hunger is the only problem you Nigerians experience.

Chief Victor Umeh, a Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District has empowered members of his Constituents with items such as:- fertilizer, fish pond, piglets, Palm Seedlings, Poultry feeds, day old chicks , Cassava Stem, maize Seedlings , Fingerlings, etc .

Umeh of the Labour Party, flanked by former Governor of Anambra State, Peter Obi said 520 farmers in Adazi Nnuikwu were empowered in the first batch and also promised there will be another batch of agro empowerment before the end of the year.
If we see something commendable let's say it And say this is good, agricultural empowerment by sir victor umeh is a step in the right direction, government and more senators should emulate such and do it for their constituents

Hunger is a global challenge, but Nigeria, like many other nations, is taking significant steps toward food security and sustainable development. Agriculture plays a key role in economic growth and job creation. My goal is to support this movement by providing access to verified farmland, helping individuals and businesses contribute to the nation's progress.

shocked

This is Nice

Agricultural empowerment is the best way to go now, a pregnant pig is over 250k now.
A broiler fowl was sold for over 30k last December, why in some other places it was sold for over 40k , should I even talk about turkey

This is far better than giving out bikes for okada or grinding machines to women.

What's wrong with Okada and grinders

That Kogi guy that empowered his people with a tyre of machine should come and see what empowerment is

This is also far better than a plate of food Seyi Tinubu shared in the north, or the 50k he gave for empowerment in Lagos

Some people have interest in agriculture but no capital to start with. Atleast with this gesture someone will be motivated. Better than sharing cup of rice and semovita.
Don't need capital
You have labour to start with
What you mẹan to say is they prefer capital intensive agriculture. Beggars can be choosers

And Niger state government is empowering with tractors.

In Anambra, they are being empowered with pigs without pen, cassava sticks and buckets.
off point. A state government initiative is what you are comparing with a senators outreach. It appears you never studied any course related to government in your life for you not to know the way governments are divided.

off point. What is your own senator using to empower people in your constituency. You must not contribute in all discourse especially when you know next to nothing about the subject

Well, I don't know whether to applaud him or not...but with the kain hunger wey dey this we country, anything to boost agriculture and make food available is a welcome development.
If it was a senator from another party you will be foaming in the mouth but because you saw the fraudulent obi, you are trying to paint it as a good project, get sense.
