Stop writing garbage, the only way to reduce data consumption on smartphone is by buying a Nokia torch, background data is off on my phone most of the tips I follow it , data consumption is for smartphone, no smartphone no data consumption period.

Airtel is the worst of the three networks.

Airtels 1g is 500naira for just one day. And it doesn't last at all.
GLO data is 450 for a 1g and it's for 30days.
GLO is the best when it comes to the price, but they can disappoint u at any time. Their data network is sometimes slow and also fluctuates. Sometimes u can't even make calls cos the service disappears
