Kogi State Commissioner for Information, Kingsley Fanwo, says security agencies will determine whether Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan should be arrested or not for “violating” Governor Usman Ododo’s instruction banning processions in the North Central state.

“There was a directive from the state governor and the security agencies were told to execute the directive,” Fanwo said.

“If someone has violated it, the security agencies do not need the governor again to give them another directive; they know what to do.

“Only the security agencies will be able to answer that (whether to arrest the senator or not); they know how they go about their operations. I am not a police officer but I am very sure that she should be asked a lot of questions about her incitements.”

You are not a Senator. You are not a member of the National Assembly. You are not Gov. Ododo or Ex Gov Bello. You are not Senator Karimu and you are not one of the power brokers in Kogi state or the Senate. I do not think that you are from Kogi state either.

Having clarified the above, how did you arrive at your conclusion that Senator Natasha is going out of hand, or that she’s mentally unstable? Do you know what goes on between the warring parties? Do you have any information about their inner dealings? Can you claim to know more than her in a matter that she is deeply part of? Do you know Akpabio personally? If sh says Akpabio had a meeting, how can you dispute it? Do you know what she knows?

Stop drawing such conclusions or shooking your mouth in such matter that is bigger than you.

We all know that there is an orchestrated plan by APC to remove her and replace with runaway Yaya Bello. We all know that APC does not want her to get to her home in Ihime. They failed. We all know that APC members in Kogi central labeled themselves as “constituents”, and organized to remove her. We all know that INEC notified Akpabio and her. We all know that she must fight back for her survival. We all saw the crowd of real constituents. Or did that crowd cause you and APC Kogi state some fear?
