It still spins and doesn’t stop spinning
Doesn’t show i/o error on the computer

A software m3 recovery can do a good
Dm for premium of the file at a fee or use the trial version to test efficacy. If it’s hardware related then recovery rates is less probable

yeah. The reason for less probable rates depends on the magnet housing your data wether it still intact and only need to replace the board that controls spinning. You can check for this replacement parts on ebay. Quite pricy though and there’s no way to tell until you buy and test the replacement parts.

Don't let anyone cheat you, these sorts of services are usually extremely expensive. That being said, there's a trick that a learned of sometime in the past: Put the hard-drive in an air-tight plastic bag and put it in a freezer for a few hours, after which you install back into your computer and try to boot. If it works, make sure that you use the opportunity to recover as much as possible.
