He fears Russia. I was surprised that Iran was on the list. Even Yemen he is currently bombing yet Putin's Russia was spared. It's like Putin's dream of defunct USSR's fearsome power is back. |

Lol. I think he didn’t put tariffs on Russia because the U.S. already has heavy sanctions that have cut trade between the two countries to almost nothing. With little trade left, adding tariffs wouldn’t make much difference. Trade between the two countries is limited at this point. 9 Likes 1 Share |

You remember Russian ASSEST and those of some of it's allies were confiscated at the start of the conflict between Russia and NATO using Ukraine as a face. Whatever is raised from the tariffs will be used to pay Russia back for their confiscated ASSEST. I'm sure if not for this senseless war, Abrahamovic will still be incharge of Chelsea  1 Like |

GeneralPula:So why did he threaten tariffs on Russian oil just a few days ago? They are just confused as they hold no cards against Russia anymore. Russia no longer trades oil & gas in dollars or trades with the US or EU. So sanctions or tariffs are virtually useless. |
