You should know that he can't work with other company other than the one who brought him in.

I have friends in this shoes. Since they arrive no job. One said he has not earned more than 500 pounds

One was sleeping in train station. Imagine under cold
Why can't they go back to Nigeria? Does he know the consequences of sleeping in frigid conditions? What exactly pursued them out of Nigeria to the point of sleeping in frosty conditions?

So, he is in the UK now... No sponsorship job, does that stop him from at worst trying to get few menial jobs here and there to manage with till he gets his footings?

Sh*t happens and when he does, you gotta shake it off and keep on moving.
MY THOUGHT AS WELL. LOOK FOR ANY AGENCY ESPECIALLY THOSE DEALING WITH PACKAGING COMPANIES LIKE IPL NORMANTON AND START FACTORY WORK. THEN YOU CAN QUICKLY REGISTER WITH ANY CARE AGENCY, LIKE, LOCAL CARE FORCE IN LEEDS. IF YOU PASS THEIR TRAINING WITH OVER 94%, THEY WILL EMPLOY YOU AND START GIVING YOU SHIFT. EXCEPT YOU ARE ON MEDICAL FIELD, YOUR DEGREE CERTIFICATE IS OF NO VALUE IN THE UK OOOOOO.

If you come via work visa you are tied to that employer. No one will touch u as they will ask which visa u came with then ask u of a code that tells all ur visa information. As the law restrict u

Unless at some point u could get 20hrs max outside that's if u are extremely lucky which is not enough to cover house rent. Imagine paying over 20 million for this
Student visa better pass am

There are conditions. You don't just get to the UK and start work without work permit. If he can do cleaning job as we used to do in the 70s or any menial job. She must have document that will give her authority to work. Good luck to him. I sympathise with him

[quote author=Saviola86 post=134828583]I am like £50 is roughly about N100,000 in naira but he used to get far more than that here in Nigeria on a daily so why did he sell everything to go labour for 100k when he was getting about 200k from his office In a Day /quote]

If I may ask, what business was he doing that was generating this 200k daily? Was it legit?

Lie lie pple, trying to form oblivious & victim grin
Lie lie UK govt laughing at them and cashing out on the whole matter grin

The UKVI/Home office is deliberately aiding these scams by approving care home license to any tom díck and harry that pay for it.....

because they know they will pack in desperate third world country citizens that will increase govt revenue through visa application, immigration skills charge, and Cos charge .....

In 2022, there was an agent that brought in over 100 Nigerians with no job....up till now his license has not been revoked..

Most of these nigerians take the "no job" deals with their two eyes opened just to leave Nigeria hoping that they would get better job sponsors when they land.... They will now come here pretend they never knew...

Nigerians that will say anything including using their children to lie just to get govt sympathy for asylum.... grin
I watched the whole of the BBC video and I can tell you that your assertions are very correct. The UK Home Office is complicit.

Don't mind them.

They enter a foreign land without the readiness to start afresh.

People spend more to have green card in America or legal residence in UK without success.

Bunch of Fooolish entitled people.
