How can a state budget be made in the absence of the elected Rep members in a democratic setting s was this not the genesis of the Rivers problem
This Akwa-Ibom man action is being orchestrated by Wike (Wike is now governing Rivers by proxy). With this SIM will have nothing left for him bcs all projects will be awarded to Wike boys which might frustrate SIM out of office.

Under public sector accounting, the governor is legally authorized to spend money up to the amount of last year's budget if there is a delay in the approval of the new budget. Therefore, Fubara can spend an amount not exceeding the 2024 allocation in 2025.
