When completed it will make it three mega malls in Anambra state , outside the numerous private super stores in the state like Roban Stores, Everyday Supermarket, Zara Stores, Radopin, Stanel Mart, City's stores etc.

The Awka mall has been concessions to sundr foods owners of Market square........no kobo of State funds is involved in the current construction!!!

They're in partnership with private sector, it's not being manage by government, Onitsha mall is doing great today, the Fun City that was recently built will be manage by private sector

I am from Anambra state, Nnewi south LGA to be precise and a 100% supporter of Governor Soludo, however I'm not happy seeing shopping complexes as some of his achievements. I know that he is trying on other fields too but showcasing shopping complexes as an achievement is too petty for me.
Shopping complexes should be left to our businessmen, who I'm sure are very capable of building any standard complex in the world.

Our people build kilometers of roads in my town and we expect the government to complement them in that area and strengthen the security situation more. My town has hospitals built and donated to the town by indigines and we need doctors from the state government and i know many towns are also in this situation

But would I do this as a governor? No

I would rather give maybe Next or ebano loan to build it then pay the state back after 15 years at 2% intrest rate

One Kobo of government's resources should not be spent on projects like this. This project should be 100% private so that government can use it's scares resources on security, roads, healthcare etc.
