There are so many shipping agents in China. You just chose one you are ok with. All of them have their k-leg hence why I hardly recommend any. Logistics is often not an exact science, but it works. So DYOR or if you need help pushing you to some here are some you can check out.

Not particularly interested to see how the cash back works. I just use the card to buy things. Surprised to see some cash back. Never got any from my previous fintech app. It was always debit every time I buy and load my card from them.

I guess he bought the usdt directly with NGN using the other deposit option (which comes with charges) and not through p2p. If only he knew that p2p transaction comes with zero fee charges, he'd have taken that route.

My money was on crypto not fiat, when transaction was processed, it automatically converted to fiat at a rate of 0.98, so 20$ was "lost" due to this conversion without explicitly stating it. I am not complaining though

Let me try to explain a bit. Hopefully it's clear.

Head over to Assests, under the account tab you'd see funding, and unified trading. Select funding. Then select assets history; it's the icon on the top right next to the question mark. Then it should show you something similar to the SS below.

Using the SS as example: I funded 220 USDT via P2P making my balance 247.5771 USDT. Then I made a purchase of $223.57.
You'd notice from the picture that to arrive at the $223.57 bybit firstly took out 226.7284 USDT (purchase USDT in red) and converted it to $223.57 (Coin purchase USD in green).
So essentially I used 226.7284 USDT to buy $223.57

Hope it's clear. Go through your own assets history and see if you actually lost $20 due to coin to fiat conversion.
