The govt should build more than 2500 public toilet across Lagos and not toll it for using emphasis on not collecting fee for usage and use all minor or traffic offender to clean it as community service daily.by that the open defecation go stop it's so simple....when u ask someone to pay #100 to pee off course here will do his thing by d road side.

You sound like an enlightened idiot. Tell me how a non-celeb's effort can be broadcast to the world and how necessary it is for every good effort to be broadcast. VDM explained that he had just arrived in Lagos when a car driving ahead of him flashed its headlights on the bridge—revealing, to his shock, a man openly defecating on the well-known Ikeja bridge that leads to the airport.
Furious at the act, VDM confronted the man and demanded that he clean up his mess.

Sincerely props to VDM for this. If there was a culture of calling out people defecating in public, people would think twice before doing so. It is learned behaviour that can be unlearned.
