Hmmm, it's a shame that as a son of the state, an alumni of the University, and a qualified person, he has not been noticed or considered for a job in EBSU. On the other hand, he possesses the characteristics of a mediocre person because he has taken his job and the school as his comfort zone to the point that he can't try his hands on other options and locations.

‎From Ikelegu ishieke in Ndiabor community of Ebonyi LGA, Ebonyi state. He got a job at Ebonyi State University in the year 2007 as a cleaner/Messenger.

‎He struggled to see himself through a university education in the same school to the level of PhD in 2022.
‎
‎Since then, they have refused to convert him to an academic staff.
‎
‎EBSU should have converted this man and used him as a reference point for hard work, but he has no one who knows someone who knows another person. He is still a cleaner with a PhD.

‎Under the immediate V.C., six persons from outside the University were allegedly employed in the department he is qualified to work from, but they can't simply convert him. Reason, he knows no one at the top.

‎He has met two principal officers to the current Governor from Izzi and a commissioner, and none of them could help.
‎
‎He can't even get a job elsewhere because he knows no one at the top.

You cannot have that wealth of knowledge and be a cleaner when you can actually get a job elsewhere if you apply.
The PhD is questionable. This is not about the nation, it about him as an individual.
People with SSCE are doing great out there. PhD in mathematics Education, why not find a college of education to apply for.
Personally I feel his degree is questionable.

Is that school the only place he can work?
You people always blaming the system. This is clearly another idiot with degrees. So many of them are out there.
I was looking for an executive assistant last year for a month I was in Nigeria ran dozens of interviews, I couldn't find a suitable person and many of them had their masters...
