After his first degree, he ought to have ventured into entrepreneurship & innovative business venture first. Go to Polytechnics & see ND 1 students designing projects for companies & making money while in school. The Money he spent running Masters & PHD for several years would have created jobs for 100 people outside. It's obvious Man is not innovative & no company will see his CV & not put it in the trash bin. Ebonyi has a lot of Arable farm, let him start farming or pick his bag & move to Lagos to start Hawking pure water like HUSHPUPPY cos it will pay him better than this cleaning job. I was looking for an executive assistant last year for a month I was in Nigeria ran dozens of interviews, I couldn't find a suitable person and many of them had their masters...

in 2017, Over ten PhD holders applied for driving Job at Dangote. It was because of desperation and joblessness.

They attended ivy schools. Good universities.

It's more difficult getting a job with PhD than lesser qualifications. So, don't talk down on him.

Remember,he joined the services of the university with school certificate or similar qualification. He developed himself by reading and improving on his qualifications.

Now, what he needs is Conversation to higher grade. It's not automatic. Because the establishment will Tell you that it's not part of the agreement that when you obtain higher qualifications, you would be upgraded.

So, take Note the ordeals involved.

Many of the political leaders in Nigeria forged their certificates. This is one of the reason why education is currently at its lowest in the country.
