In case you don't know, DISCIPLINE is an NYSC major course that you must pass to graduate. When they eventually complete the NYSC program including extended period, at least one lesson they will take home is that wherever you find yourself, you MUST respect authority there. This is not about human rights or freedom of speech. Why don't you call out your CEO or MD or even Manager, Lecturers and the likes without using stipulated channels whenever you have grievances and call it Freedom of Speech.

70k is supposed to be MINIMUM wage for civil service. That is what Level 1 workers are getting. The requirement for entry at Level 1 is First School Leaving Certificate. These corp members are graduates, for God's sake. People that spent more than 10 years in the educational system after Primary School should now be dragging wages with street sweepers?

The entry level for most university graduates in Civil Service is Level 7. At that level, you should be getting close to 200k salary. If we judge corp members as Federal Government employees and expect them to follow those antiquated bye-laws, they should be getting paid up to 200k as well. We shouldn't be clapping for the FG for paying them 33k before now, and only just increasing it to 10% more than what Level 1 workers are collecting. That is cheap labour and they are still getting punished for it. You guys should think critically sometimes.
