Even majority the Jews don't understand Jesus according to the Bible. Even when they spoke the same language. How do you expect me from far away Nigeria to understand the Bible after it has been translated and interpolated to depict whatever the interpreters want it to convey?

See, Jews were prophesied to become disconnected and later reconnected to God. The Bible says "They will look on Gun whom they pierced." It's in the Old testament scriptures.

What is confusing there? God gave Moses laws. Moses also has his own instructions and laws for the people as their spiritual leader for the purposes of government and dispute resolution. What's confusing you here?
