I have seen videos suggesting that aged AGM batteries can be revitalised.

But those were car batteries. Can thesame be done to SMF batteries.

Also if done, how many more months or years of service to expect?

My first set of AGM batteries are on their last legs.

As said earlier, I disconnected the charge controller earlier this morning around 7am and I'm still blazing my solar with all household equipments on as I type. Before now, when the charge controller was still connected ,

1. The inverter starts beeping and goes off if cloud manages to cover sunlight for as little as 3 minutes. I have to start reducing load instantly so it won't go off. I.e I instantly swith off my TV , fan, PlayStation etc.

2. I no fit even use am for night. Under 2 minutes it has gone off without load even on it. The charge controller will be indicating that the battery is low..


All these while I always thought it was my battery that was bad but seems its not. There is simply something wrong somewhere.

Pse, who knows the current price of Victron Multiplus Inverter 5kva 48v and where I can buy it?

Although MPPT is written boldly on it, this is a glorified PWM charge controller so what you're experiencing is normal. A quick fix is to get a genuine MPPT charge controller and watch as it tracks sunlight and charges your batteries even under less than ideal weather condition

Mercury Tall Tubular 220AH 12V X 16 units = 42.2KWH
16x 340,000 = 5,440,000

Deriy Batteries LFP 14.3kwh X 3 units = 42.9KWH
3 x 1,850,000 = 5,550,000...

So why Should you Buy Lead acid

Who said Deriy cost 1850000 each one if you buy 3.

If you buy 3 of the white hithium battery, the price is 1780950, so 3*1780950=5342950.

If you buy 3 of the black hithium battery, the price is 1687950, so 3*1687950=5063850.
