Both are good pathway for overseas sponsorship, but I will suggest you go with MLS since you are yet to finish your MSW program, go to YouTube and check for more guidance, it is a long road but definitely worth it.. Goodluck to you

Please, I need assistance. I’m on Support worker COS but my child is in Nigeria. Can I apply for her using my unique code? My other colleagues who has CoS too were able to put their dependents but those ones are already in the Uk but mine is in Nigeria. Will it work for me? Are there others who have tried it??

If u entered the UK after the last updated law law that dependents are no longer allowed for care workers.....u can't bring ur dependents until u change your visa to a code that can bring in dependent....

I entered the UK before the change. But my COS is this year.
What I’m saying is that my coworkers whose families are here, everybody was approved with their families. I know that if my child was already in the UK, hers too will be approved regardless of that change of law.
I just want to know if there is anyone who’s a dependent or who’s heard of something similar. If their visa was approved while in Nigeria.

How long does it take for a skilled worker COS to be issued? I have completed and submitted the COS request form for over 2 weeks but I’m yet to hear back from the company. They alone told me it’s been forwarded to the immigration team, I’m just worried because I’m only switching employer and my current employer issue it with 3days. Thanks

No crime uj trying but if you factor in the rules they will likely be denied 80% and 20% approved

To get a sponsorship job fast in the UK, you need to get a regulated qualification. It is a requirement for NHS band 3 jobs. NVQ stands you out. Not all courses labeled as NVQ are actually NVQ. There are organizations in Nigeria & UK that offer NVQ level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care but it is not cheap

I am now on my second skilled worker visa and was never told to fill and submit COS request form...that is new to me as my organizations did that.

The minimum NHS will sponsor is band 3. And their minimum requirement is NVQ level 3. Not all certificates tagged nvq are nvq. Confirm from UK gov website that the learning provider is accredited

Please is there still any VAC centre in Ikeja for UK visa? The only one I have been seeing the address online is that of the Island. Is Vfs using the former address of VLS Ikeja? Please I need information.
