The same losers crying that fuel Importation by markerters was aimed at frustrating Dangote, on the other hand, little or no Importation is now bad for energy security. Do your dumb head know that Dangote refinery is the largest single train refinery in Africa and also has enough storage capacities. There's no modalities that will be put in place before removal that won't have effect, the probIem with u Iots taIking is that u also voted a candidate who clamoured for subsidy removal, those of u taIking about modalities taIk Iike u are not in touch with reality, just bIinded by poIitics and sentiments.
