This is not exactly true.
They have what we call Parliamentary immunity. That immunity is during plenary or committee sittings, however, once they are out of the SHoA or NASS premises, they are on their own and can be held liable.

The reason why I see this woman’s news three times daily is because Nigerians consider her attractive. If this was Oby Ezekwesili, Nairaland would hide all reports of the matter.
