The reality on ground require experience and intellect. Governors collect LG allocations from FG and do whatever please them with it. There is a legislation that the fund should go directly to the LGs but not yet implemented. Now, there's a Sole Administrator. The Local government administrators with FUBARA connivance will expect all the released LGs allocations to the Sole Administrator to go directly to each Local government account, this is not done anywhere in Nigeria but under Emergency Rule it can happen. Then the local government administrators should be able to provide their past budget (revenue and expenditure) at least for two years assuming 2025 budget of each local government is not yet approved.

The directives given by Admiral is the best practice. They must show an estimated budget for each local government in the last two years. Each local government administrator should be able to explain how their past allocations were spent, otherwise, Admiral should not release any allocation to them again.

The local government have their own constitutional allocation as provided by law and the recent supreme Court judgement, so what is the need of studying their expenses first before determining the amount to release to them. Is it constitutional? You Ronus always sound very pathetic.

You don't understand English. What you wrote here is in my analysis except the junks you foolishly added. Who went to Supreme Court for the allocation to be given directly to local government? TINUBU. Who fought for the allocation to be given directly to local government? Tinubu. Till date, the governors are still lobbying President for the allocation to be given to them. APC government at the Parliament wanted an independent body to conduct local government election, it has passed second reading at the House of Reps.

The Constitution put Local government under States. The State House of Assembly can promulgate an edict over Local government.
