you get it, u know sliding windows nets is going to screw to the windows from outside, and casement is sliding nets from inside, but it can easily be sliding off by children, and nets will come in, u can find hook to that,

2 things may affect it not laps very well, if the nets frames is not properly installed to the
wall, or the net frames is short, thanks

I want to believe you can read your plan assuming you have one.....or better still you can post it here....

If on your plan there's going to be a toilet/bathroom on same position as you have on the ground floor corresponding to that on the up floor then your plumber will have to chisel through the lintel downwards through upwards or vice versa exposing the rods and fix the waste pipe through the rods......I hope there is sufficient space for your pipe to pass through.....

But if the positioning of the ground floor toilet/bathroom is not in alignment with that on the upper floor section then there's no need t do anything that will affect the lintel.

From the survey plan,One side of 30.35 m is already fenced so we are looking at the opposite direction of this and the other length which is around 15.8 meters.
The other side of 14.95m is where I intend to mount my gate and pillars for gate

Let them make provision for the decking soil and waste pipes. The ground floor or German floor can be rectify later.

Also the pipes suppose to have pass through lintel before casting. Breaking of the lintel won't be nice if you have round lintel or chain lintel. The reinforcement would be pressed or affected when Chisseling the lintel in future for passing the pipes.

That should be like a U shape since a side is fully fenced m, That should be left with the back, one side and the approach area for the gate and wall.

Window dressing is a different work from art work. They are charged differently. Art work is charged based on the complexity of the design. It could be anything between 5k -20k without material.
For window dressing, if you did not negotiate with those that plastered the house , they won’t do it, even though they able to do it. Depending on the size of the window, 5k for each window should do it.
