If he knows how to use reactjs I will say it is a fair deal coz he is saving u guys from extra spending he should even ask for more

Depending on the experience of the developer. Request for the previous work and verify from the platforms if the developer is worth it or not.
Make sure is previous work is not some basic stuff otherwise you will be over paying an inexperienced developer that develops platforms with lots of bugs and shitty codes.

OKay I think you guys are getting it wrong, I am the developer and I just asked this company for that amount we are still in the process of negotiation and I have not heard from them for like a day after the interview, It's a remote job, I just need to be sure the reason isn't because they cannot afford to pay, most Nigeria company always have problem paying developers, infact I know a company that pays a web developer 70k per month it's an on-site Job.
