Please I had issue with my FG work(since 2022) and the issue is that I have some amount of money with premium pension which I'd like to access but don't know how to go about it or if it's even possible to collect. they have enough staff already cos they have picked those they wanted to be there operators from tcn staff

Okay. I actually talked to my connect around February about possible recruitment in TCN
he told me they are overstaffed currently.

And you think if you couldn't get the answer from your PFA, who are the custodians of your funds, you'll get it from random individuals on Nairaland? Guy gave you the best advice. If your PFA is not coming forth, your better bet is to get in touch with Pencom for guidance. But I'm assuring you they'll still refer you to your PFA. They can only answer your questions on policy or regulation matters.

At what point in your post did you state that you had contacted your pension manager? That dude literally gave you the first like of answer any reasonable person would.

It is wrong to take out ur frustration on people trying to help you
