I will say it is both. A provocation and the same time ignorance and him thinking it was Yorubaland of yesterday where liberalism reign supreme.

He is trying to legitimize an illegitimate title. How can one be “Eze Igbo of Yoruba”. Even the title itself sounds contradictory.
