AFDB is same as Africa Devt bank group. It is reflecting under multilateral loan and the second item.

Don’t be dumb. Every loan you take from external body is on the neck of the federal government because they are the one that guarantee such loan. Even if state take an external loan, it will be still backed by the federal government.

Go and take some education on how sovereign nation work and how debt is profiled.

You can't explain how the Afdb loan remained unchanged since 2022 from your own pics yet you're claiming that every loan is on FG. FYI, every FG loan must be approved by the legislature including those from the state. The NNPC-AfdB loan was never tabled before NASS.
