You need to learn and listen to people with real life experiences, If you don't pay a mortgage, you must pay your rents which are very similar in amount to mortgages abroad.

But the issue is that minimum wage over there can cover rent expenses, feeding and other welfares. But not the same for Nigeria.

Actually as at 2023/2024, the portions were quite sizable but now? I don't think it is same as I last patronized them last year.

I do know that Jevinik still retained their large portions though, albeit pricey as at the last time I was there.
