Even when we had Elected LG chairmen in the last 4 years, they exceedingly underperformed and were a conduit to syphon public funds, not to talk of sole administrators that have a specific timeline to hold office.

This funds going to the listed people above will be "money for the boyz". There are Director of Admin. & Treasurer's who can take charge and administer the LGs effectively.

It is ending. But soon as it ends the rivers state house of assembly approved by supreme Court who are on side of Wike will impeach the governor and his deputy. And wike's lackey the house of assembly speaker who is equally from wike's kindred and endorsed by wike supreme Court will be made governor.

He will work with these local government chairmen appointed by sole administrator because the list was given to sole administrator by wike

Even Wike's uncle made the list. Clifford Ndu Walter was the chairman of Rivers state Civil service commission. And he is Wike's uncle.

It was the supreme court that vacated the LG chairmen, not the Sole Administrator.

It is never right. The Administrator cannot appoint people to elective post and should never else, he is a dictator. He should work with the Council staffs and management because really, why is he appointing?
those who he wants to appoint will still use those that are already management. he could as well bypass the bureaucracy and deal with them directly since he is on temporary assignment, of which we all know that that's not the case. They just want to hijack that state from the governor without any valid reason
