The Itsekiris have been too quiet for long, let them take the bull by the horn since the whole country has decided to go crazy. The courts are no longer reliable, judgements are read out like a script. The institution has been bastardized and INEC is now a tool been used by the government to commit impunity. Independent my foot. INEC should be changed to GNEC Government National Electoral Commission. |

The day Shell left Warri that was the day oil companies died in Warri. No company will ever be like She'll again. Oil if gradually fading away. These people should start looking else where and diversify their economy. The earlier the better. |

Vadese1:He no send any body papa. We warned them enough but they didn't listen. His government will be riddled with propaganda till he ends this tenure. We knew his worth in Lagos. Soon, he will begin an emergency palliative measure because 2027 is approaching. I hope the same gullible people won't fall for this because it's going to be another bait. Once they're caught by it, many will see sand and call it rice. |

You're still acting weird, maybe youthful exuberance... I'll say you're naive or ignorant about governance. A government can not be 100% wrong about everything. Every government (past and present) contributes to the growth of the country. It might be little, average or huge. There might be short comings but one of your useless policies is Local government autonomy which is a good thing... Tax relief on medical and some food items. You do not know how to comment on political discuss. Get "The Good Study Guide". You'll than me later. I'm not a politician, I'm a Criminologist, so my arguments might not be from the left or right wing politics but from a sociological perspective. Do not forget the same you will drink a sachet or bottle of water and toss it on the alley, change begins with you and I. Tochi3: |

So they want the supreme court to reverse themselves after giving a ruling? The istekiris are just too small for the federal govt to handle let them just respect themselves in that their small warri kingdom they are not above the law of the land. |

Closing down oil wells because of ward delineation? Again, the stance of the Itsekiris to close down oil wells is after a SC judgement? Or is there some other motives behind their action? One is not getting it clear. This disposition of simply taking laws into one's hands by shutting down national facilities has to stop. If a matter can't be judicially resolved, is it the rule of the jungle that would? It's high time that the FG treated individuals, groups or communities as economic saboteurs for sabotaging national facilities/assets to serve as a deterrent to others nursing similar disposition. @hotseat |
