Many Americans will have to start cross-border to Canada for cheap things. China will divert more exports to Canada and Brazil. China was prepared for this war. hyfr:They are not affected because they are produced in China. The tariff only affects goods produced in the USA and imported into China. Chinese companies with factories in the USA are tariff-free.
