he's destroyed the alliance and economy that experts and Diplomats built for the past 80 years just to show that he can make a "deal" (whatever that is). USA success was based on soft power, not showing the world that they're in charge. Even when they go to war they first do lots of propaganda to convince the world that they are doing God's work by destroying weapons of mass destruction or fighting war against terror. China will not succumb to trump. The two countries need each . They are two biggest trading partners in the world. The trade war will affect each other.

If you think, it won't affect America, them you are living in Jupiter. US stocks exchanges are still down.

Most of the products America consume are made in china because that where their industries are because of cheap cost of production and cheap labour which China.

US companies are not going to bring back their factories in US. Is not gonna happen. US has lost the manufacturing and production hub to china years ago. China is now the world factory.

US is not the only country that china trade with. It trade with EU, India, Japan, Canada, Brazil, Mexico etc. China will just reroute their exports to those countries and trade more with them.

The last time trump impose tarrif on china in 2018. China retaliated by imposing tarrif on US agricultural products. The action alone by china cost US farmers $200 billion. It pains them so hard. They couldn't export their agricultural products again to china. Trump has to save face by bailing them out with just $10 billion. What is $10 billion bail out compare to the loss of $200 billion.

What did china do ? China just starts to import their agriculture products from Brazil, Netherlands, Germany, Argentina etc because those countries are also one the biggest exporters of agricultural products. Trump finally back down. So who loose , US. The same will happen again.

China has just 16.2% of her total exports to the USA. An average Chinese investor saves about 30% of proceeds and minimize loans. So, they have prepared for this day, and can diversify their market gradually.

He knew Americans are badly feeling the heat now, and he may roast them into poverty.

He had reasoned that with 125% tariff on China, the US economy may not sustain high tariffs concurrently from other countries. He shouldn't have folded na. He needs 90 days to do a viability check.
