If your PFA is not coming forth, your better bet is to get in touch with Pencom for guidance. But I'm assuring you they'll still refer you to your PFA. They can only answer your questions on policy or regulation matters.

Assumption without facts is so bad. Before coming here, I sent them messages(email and WhatsApp) but no response and sincerely speaking, I regret putting out the question here first before calling some of friends who has directed me on what to do.
Sometimes, people here are fvcking unreceptive and harsh.
