Lol... You really don't know what you're talking about. A lot of the things used in the US are made in china, 90% of iPhone are made in china. These tariffs means that the prices of iPhones are going to triple along with other goods like Nike and others. This is the very reason why people are out on the streets of US protesting against these tariffs because it's going to massively affect them.

If the orange clown really wanted what's best for his people then he should've asked for a deal the way he did with the USMCA agreement with mexico and Canada. Also tariffs aren't long term solutions as companies will just choose to wait them out because a new administration will remove them not to talk about the US being a service economy not a manufacturing one as their labour climate isn't profitable and cheap like china's. If Trump really wanted to roll this out then he would've subsidized companies by investing in them and raising the minimum wage because the average American won't work in a factory for a low wage, the ones who could do it were immigrants because they had no choice and the orange clown is deporting them.
