My opinion….
I don’t think he is deceiving anybody. He is just trying to make money from this as this an avenue to. He isn’t forcing anybody to buy it. He definitely doesn’t have the test questions. He probably sources likely questions online and puts them together which isn’t bad(cos he puts in time/effort) as not everyone have the time to do so. The questions he sells are related to the disciplines as I happened to have bought it, and it is cheap- just 1k. I am very experienced in my field and 90% of the questions he shared with me are things I already know. But still yet it is helpful as I learnt the remaining 10% i didn’t know before. So please stop the attack on him as he isn’t entirely useless to this thread like u portray him. And @ezenwaez please tone down on your post, I believe interested and serious minded people will go back some pages, see your post and will contact you.
Please note that my test date was postponed indefinitely so I am yet to write mine.
The aggressive and unhealthy marketing strategy is what people are against. He has his footnote that already shows what he has for sale, he can contribute to the conversation without directing people to his WhatsApp number. Imagine coming on Nairaland, you see 20 posts on a thread you are interested in and 18 of the post is him forcefully answering questions he was not asked just to direct people to his WhatsApp number to buy materials and giving all sorts of testimony that nobody can validate. He can do better by contributing constructively to conversations without making it about his materials. He needs to tone it down, when people see a certain number of posts on the thread, they know it’s likely something important, not Ezenwarez marketing strategy disguised as credible response to important questions.

So no one that has written the skill test is kind enough to help with simple answer on my above request. I believe simple answer to those questions will not make anyone to be at advantage. Just a little guide that's all.

I think the WhatsApp group hasn't helped with the dissemination of information on this thread. My questions are;
What was the duration for those who got the background check after the interview?
Is the background check the last stage and how long does it take to be concluded?
Has offer letters been rolled out to those who did interviews in Jan/Feb?
Someone at the top had earlier asked for interview tips for those yet to have theirs, anyone can please share

1. 1 week after the interviews for most roles till the turn of facilities engineers. The trend, however, didn't continue for Wells, Senior facilities and financial analysts as far as I know.
2. There will be medicals after the background check stage. Duration for the backcheck is probably a function of the response time of the different institutions they'll be contacting.
3. I'm not sure full time offers have been disseminated. However, there are rumors that some people are being offered contract positions for some of these roles.

Thanks,
Though point 3 looks scary, given the job posting was for full-time roles.

They probably need multiple hands but cannot afford to offer everybody full-time roles.
