Trump had no choice, if judiciary could impede the executive, act like the president at the same time and violate the constitution as the judges did, the they left him no option than to ignore them because they violated the constitution of separation of powers and he swore to deal with enemies foreign and domestic.

That is not how the constitution works.
The Judiciary is a check on the Presidency based on the system of checks and balances.
If the President thinks the Judiciary overstepped, he can go to Congress and have them write laws to reign the Judiciary in.
That's how checks and balances work. Each branch can be checked by the other 2.

I’m yet to hear a single innocent citizen that’s being detained or arrested. If you find one, it has to have been planted for public sympathy and you will see that the story has no head or leg. There are laws that past president overlooked but Trump wants to turn things around and follow the laws. If a US citizen is sent to El Salvador and not being brought back with apologies, it means it wasn’t in error, it’s the report that’s in error. Nothing says criminal US citizens(especially the ones with treason)can’t go to prison like Guantanamo bay Cuba. I posted a picture of Matt Gaetz in an El Salvador maximum security prison that Trump is renting for the US politicians and celebrities who have committed crimes against children and I said at the time that this is why they didn’t want Matt Gaetz to be confirmed. Just wait till the politicians are being sent there, some might already be there now.

What Judicial activism?
You were told there was judicial activism and so you believed it. There wasn't any.
That is how the US system works.

Trump appointed a lot of the Federal justices. Some who have been ruling against him this time. Sometimes in scathing words.
He appointed 3 of the 9 Supreme Court Justices and justices appointed by his party have a 6-3 majority. Yet the most recent decisions against him like this one were 9-0.
What he is doing is so blatantly illegal and unconstitutional even people he appointed can't defend it.

As to the Justices. Every ruling can be appealed to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court is Conservative by a 6-3 margin. And as President his lawyers get deference. No judge can rule the country. Not how it works.
And as I said it's not surprising that people he appointed have ruled against him.

The way you speak, I can tell you don't live in the US or if you do haven't studied our system of justice.
What separates the US from Nigeria is our court system. That courts try to rule impartially and everyone can (most of the time), get justice.
We don't need you talking about using the military because Trump decides he doesn't want to follow the law.
If you like a lawless country, I'm sure you think Nigeria works.

But, I suggest you download the rulings and read through them to understand them. See if you find fault in them. See if you were the person the government was claiming was a criminal based on tattoos you'd want the ability to see a judge to prove you aren't before you are sent off to a prison camp in a country you aren't from.
Also Read the US Bill of Rights. And the preamble of the Declaration of Independence. They are not long.
Those rights are what the US believes all people in the US deserve whether they are citizens or not because they are endowed by the Creator.

Yeah, honestly, you really have 0 clue what you are talking about.
It sounds like you've spend a lot of time watching Fox News and/or right wing media.

1.) US citizens cannot be moved to prisons outside the US unless under very specific situations like fighting for a foreign country on a foreign battlefield. And in that situation it would be litigated to high heavens. Being a US citizen gives us certain rights and privileges even Moreso than the ones afforded to everyone in the US. Whoever told you they could send politicians or celebrities to Cuba even for crimes against children lied to you.

2.) The Supreme Court just ruled today 9-0 in a case that Trump admitted they "accidentally" sent an immigrant to the El Salvador jail. He was ordered not to be removed by a judge in 2019 (Trump's term) and Trump still sent him to the El Salvador prison camp this term. The kicker, even though Trump admitted the mistake, they refused to return him. The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 today that Trump should return him to the US. You can google the ruling and read it yourself.

I’ve not seen Fox News in months because of time, I just know that SCOTUS has said he can deport, the other details are irrelevant because even SCOTUS knows that there’s no time to put all these people through the courts where democrats will make sure not a single person is deported by stalling the process. That was why Trump invoked the enemy act of 1893.

Like I said, read what SCOTUS said on a news site without bias and they said he can do it with due process, they are literally deporting legal immigrants too. How's that fair?
