Igbo man, this is diplomacy, not nzogbu nzogbu. If same happened in your state, your governor will do the same. With the jargons you wrote up there, this shows how an average Igbo man think. Kanu, ekpa did nzogbu nzogbu, where are they today. Make una dey calm down sometimes.

..BATist with diplomacy cum servitude..does your useless diplomacy stop fulani herdsmen from killing people on their farms..?

..tell your hopeless mandate grabber to provide security..that is all..your diplomacy is akin to slavery

..senselessness

I wonder if these northerners get so worried like this all the years that fulani herdsmen/bandits/kidnappers have been killing innocent people across the states. To me it is too much of hypocrisy.
If this uromi atrocity could be this traumatising why didn't the elders up there caution the marauders among them?
Benue, plateau, southern kaduna, ondo, Enugu had been badly affected but it seems nothing happened until now. Are fingers not equal in this country?
Let everyone shun violence. Live and let others live too.
I partially agree with you about the hypocrisy of Nigerian leaders in handling issues but the problem with you SOUTHERNERS is, you are never fair in your analysis... You always viewq these issues through ethnic and religious lens and not addressing it as it is, which is irresponsible leadership .

You listed some areas where "herdsmen" unleash mayhem but deliberately refused to mention worst hit areas like Katsina, Zamfara, Northern Kaduna and many parts of the north. Why? Because most of you are hypocrites.

How about the massacre by Fulani herdsmen going on in Ondo now? Does it mean nobody will speak for them?
Identify the State the herdsmen come from and call out their state governor... undecided

Rubbish. I am a Hausa man from Kano, but I strongly disagree with the way this Fulani idiots are over hyping this whole issue. We the Hausawa already see through their hypocrisy. Their aim is to incite hatred in our hearts against other Nigerians from the South, because that is how they isolate and control us. Yes, Hausa people were killed because they were confused for Fulani Terrorists. Of course we seek justice for the people killed and nothing more. We know that Fulani Terrorists are the reasons for the unfortunate incident.

Please Southerners, this should not in any way I intimidate you into cowardice as regard dealing with Fulani Terrorists. The moment you identify them, KILL THE FUCKERS.

The Fulanis politicians are trying to use this incident to minimize the backlash against their Terrorists down South. Don't fall for it.

Have you ever seen any of them blink an eye when Fulani Terrorists destroyed and killed entire Hausa villages up North? No. So why the sudden activism against killing of Hausawa now? We clearly can see through their hypocrisy.

As for Edolites, your governor is clearly a useless person. No Fulani governor would have done what he did. Why travel to Kano yourself? Why not send your SSG or SSHA?

Vote him out.
This is the best thing I have read all my life on NL

Nigeria is not cursed — Nigeria is being strangled by a greedy political class who see the country not as a home — but as an ATM machine. The tragedy of Nigeria is simple: We are ruled by men with foreign hearts and local passports. They steal from Nigerians to live like Parisians, while Nigerians die like Somalis.

Look around — has any French President ever flown to Nigeria for healthcare? Never. But your president boards private jets to France like a colonial errand boy. This is not leadership — this is a criminal syndicate.

If Bola Ahmed Tinubu was a nationalist, Lagos would have the best hospitals in Africa. But he’s too busy preparing escape routes for his grandchildren to become French citizens while the children of Mushin and Kano rot without clinics.

Nationalism is not a speech. Nationalism is not dancing in agbada at rallies. Nationalism is action: Build here. Heal here. School here. Die here.

Until Nigerian politicians are treated in Nigerian hospitals, their loyalty is to Paris — not to Nigeria. And no nation can rise when its leaders serve foreign gods.

It is diplomacy abi?

Yorubas should stop worshipping the Northerners. They are not gods and they don't decide who lives or dies.

You guys sell your dignity because of power.
Now the Edo state governor is doing same.

Once again, STOP WORSHIPPING THE NORTH
Re: Uromi Killings: Kano Delegation Visits Edo by frankson1(m): 6:31am On Apr 11, 2025
The other regions should learn from the way the North is handling this issue.

When Southerners are killed and their properties destroyed, the North keep mute. Farm lands have been invaded and crops destroyed, the North keep mute.

This should be an eye opener for the southern leaders and stop being DOCILE.

Na wa oooooo, so Diplomacy means slavery. The greatest lie an Igbo man as told his/her generation is "Yoruba and hausa are the enemies of Igbo" but this same enemy allows the Igbo man to conduct his affairs in the so called enemy region. If your lord and Savior Ojukwu had used diplomacy, maybe the 3 million Igbo he sacrificed during the civil war might still be alive today. Diplomacy would have saved kanu and ekpa from what they are facing today.

..so this is how "it is confusing me" governor sold edolites into slavery..it is finished..

..I heard there more lukumi mixtures in edo..

Edo governor doesn't think like ipob or obedient. He is good citizen. He can't misbehave like animals as you want, that misbehaviour is for ipob that leaves in the bush with wild animals. Until you become normal human being, you will still be confused or see it as slavery since you were not raised up with morality

What is all this visit up and down?
Northern herdmen have been killing Southern people for over 14yrs. Just this week, they have killed Southerners in Enugu, Ondo etc
No delegation visits anyone
Just this once Northerners killed and everyone is running headlessly around.
What rubbish is this?

When will South stop being scared of North?

Hope this fact finding mission would be holistic enough in finding out and discovering that the root cause of this Uromi action is the atrocities committed by bandits and herdsmen on the good people of Uromi over time, without any concrete and responsible response from the various security agencies.
It would be callous to expect this unfortunate event would not play out again, if the soulless bandits and herdsmen continue their activities in that area. Action begat reaction.
These politicians should stop playing the ostrich

I've never seen this sort of dust raised over the hundreds and thousands of people massacred regularly in Benue state.

Why are Fulanis insulting Nigerians like this?
What exactly are these guys feeling like?

How can a group that migrated into Nigeria be treating the aborigines of Nigeria like their serfs?

I'm beginning to hate everything Fulani.
I know this feeling is wrong, but at this point I just can't take it anymore.
It's the manner and way the foolish governor admitted 🤦, Taraba/Plateau/Benue governors can't try this nonsense not to think of south east or south west governors. This foolish governor will pay compensation 🤷🤐

Between this guy Opebolo or whatever, and Ododo, it is difficult who the most dense governor in Nigeria his. But with this one's recent show of shame, I think he carries the award. My sympathy goes to the people of Edo, who suffers one way or the other from the Hausa/Fulani's terrorism.
