I saw a thread the other day about which food have we stopped taking in Nigeria. Fruits are the only thing that came to my mind.

I don't joke with fruits because I know their health benefits. I am currently having lime, Mango, avocado and banana.

I like taking the lime before the food as it always gives appetite

Pineapple, banana ,pawpaw, mango, orange and water melon are my best

I will give in to fruit salad that has cucumber in it...but I don't like taking only cucumber

I like our fruits because some are seasonal but we should be mindful that too much of it can be unhealthy.Fruits like banana, watermelon, pineapple,mango etc can spike ones blood sugar level because of the high sugar content,which is bad for patients with diabetes.
