Nice one allowing the federal govt or foreign companies to acquire the licences means kogi will only be getting only 13% from the mining activities that goes on in kogi. States with huge oil and gas deposits should also make efforts to acquire their own mining licences so that they can be getting more revenues from their God given resources. |
