Yes I have told some people to forget about it and find somethings else to do .Nigeria is a country that all processes are slow and it get frustrating sometimes but when you take off your mind and do other things it will seems the time is fast when the time come.Dont give up on God .Rea Apl is coming but not as soon as we project...

So an ordinary Nigerian cannot get a job by merit again?.They have to kiss a## & flatter some politician?

No wonder things keep getting worse in dis country, cause honesty speaking, most of our smartest won't & dont even know how to do all this shenanigans.

My advice, if u get a good result & u be smart, just apply for scholarship abroad or japa. They value talent & U won't need to beg any politician or 'support' group. Na just u, ur hard work & God Almighty

what i said is the present literature. Everybody merits the vacancy, but some skip the queue, that's the difference.
To japa frm 9ja require funds & to work in good org in abroad takes God grace n connection also. Either way, just try to survive within any possible means &then create the life u want

That is why we will never get it right if it continues this way. When you talk about merit or professional base, the next thing you hear is "anybody can be trained."
Take FIRS for instance, I have interfaced with their staff on several occasions, and you begin to wonder how they manage to be there. Though some are good, but just a few out of many. People who have been into tax audit, tax investigation...... for years won't be considered just because they don't know any big man.
