Rock bottom is not that bad... Once the spotlight is removed from them, they will start rebuilding.
They really escaped relegation

Don't mind United fans... Always looking for scapegoat.

Instead of accepting that the entire squad is less than average.
From saying the players are not the problem in the immediate past to acknowledging that the players are below average, it is good to see you are already intoxicated with the Liverpool league win.

I have said it many times and I will say it again...united need to change there playing philosophy...I don't know each time they have a new coach they give them a blue print of how they play or they just don't seem to get out of the problem...united is poor playing a progressive football ..and all Newcastle had to do after that first goal was press them hard...trying to play robust football against Newcastle is foolishness...sometimes u just need to be in charge ...play slowly and peg your opponent .

For the upteenth time .. transition football won't give u results consistently...even their only goal today was from a quick transition ...
And that's why united seem to do well against big sides...cos this sides are possession driven and united prefer playing the under dog waiting for that mistake in midfield then pounce ...after that sit back again then wait for another opportunity...this style works well when u won't have more possession but against side that will give them respect united will always struggle....
If at this stage united still can't play well from behind ...then what do they do in training

Another is for this cos they don't have a natural holding midfielder that can sit and dictate

City have rodri and kovavic
Arsenal have partey
Newcastle have tonali
Chelsea have Enzo
Liverpool have Mac allister

United don't have a natural holding midfielder ...all what they have is a DM and box to box
I like your analysis but the fact remains that in football, the quality of the players in your squad determines everything . In the absence of quality players, the best coach with the best system will fail.
6 out of every 10 times, real Madrid do not play the best of football but from the back to the last man upfront, they punish opponents from time to time.

Regular Garnacho will not near the first eleven in City, Liverpool, Arsenal for example.

I doubt if any of top 10 teams will dare to have Onana as their second choice.

Kobie Maino is at best a player for Carabao cup.

I can go on and on.

Except if you to watch MU as critical as I do then you may mot agree with me.

Arsenal is the best bet if Epl is in his mind.

I learnt he is a huge childhood fan of Chelsea.

Another club he should definitely go to if they show interest is PSG.
Yea, that's assuming Arsenal is willing to buy him and not say £60m is too much for a star striker like Osimhen.

To be honest, I don't even want him to go to Chelsea, but since he's a childhood fan and even Mikel has been rooting for him, I think it's inevitable for his premiership move. At least, London is London. Arsenal/Chelsea, na still London! 😁

CR7 himself could not save Man United ...
Dude scored 24 goals in all competitions (3rd highest EPL scorer during the season of his second coming)... Yet he was labelled "the problem"...

It was then I knew Man United indeed had a deeper problem, they just needed scapegoats to throw under the bus... now Onana has been vindicated.

Lol, gun down a coach that was employed mid season to manage a bunch of lazy and below-average players. You must be kidding.

That team can't succeed under any manager. If you like call Sir Alex out of retirement and pair him with Pep to manage that team, they still won't succeed.

Those players have one of the lowest IQs in the league, it's the major reason they can't function in any system.

They should be grateful that teams like Southampton, Leicester, and Ipswich are piss poor, if not we would be talking about relegation battle. Cuz I don't see them winning any of the 6 matches left.

Since Onana the usual scapegoat is not on the pitch, then Bruno should take his place as today's scapegoat
Bruno is not that spectacular. Yes, smetimes he scores and creates chances, but his contribution in marking opponents is below average. Days he is not doing well, the manager should sub him, unless he is using favoritism as his countryman.

Anyways, seems next season many Portuguese will be playing for Manchester United,m

Most of you saying,, Onana has been vindicated, don't actually watch man U matches.
Matic even called him the worst, man U ever had.... Despite the fact that his at Lyon and still focus on his career there,, but they all still monitor what's popping in man U and Onana did not disappoint Matic's claims.
The two goals by Lyon were all his fault.
Imagine, he couldn't catch and hold a very low shot that resulted to second goal...
If Onana were here today... I bet you, United would have conceded more than 4 goals.
Onana is not flexible, he seems heavy and rigid.... His diving is very sluggish and heavy.
Re: Newcastle United Vs Manchester United (4 - 1) On 13th April 2025 by Azazyel: 12:04am On Apr 14, 2025
I hope Lyon doesn't adopt this Newcastle style against manU cos it would be bloody.

Thank you!!! Na wetin I dey talk last match be that. Man U has a seriously leaking defence but Onana is the donkey that takes the blame all the time.
Manu have been having that problem since de gea time, but he was always saving their blushes, but now that they have a keeper who is a watered down version of de gea, they blame him because he doesn't save the same way de gea use too. But onana self has his own short coming. U can't rely on him
