Please I need recommendation for a good and effective medicine that can help improve autism in a 5 years old kid. The little boy is my brother's son and they're based in Dubai. He recently contacted someone on tiktok who claimed he has the medicine but after making payment of 420k, the person stopped responding. (Below is a screenshot of his tiktok page).

Because of this, he now asked to see if I can get anyone selling similar medicine here in Nigeria hence the reason for this thread. I hope to get the medicine, pay for it and waybill it over to them so if you know anyone with similar case and how it got improved, I would very much appreciate it if you can share the process and the medicine that was used

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (hbot) helps children with autism very well.
Since the child is in Dubai the parents can find an HBOT clinic near him that can offer HBOT.

Vitamin E really improves autism kids besides this all other claims are a scam.
