The positions that are recruiting is just army recruits, that's why they're going around looking for youths to shore up their dwindling numbers in the front lines ( something they wouldn't have to do if they would just move those soldiers on the eastern roads and inner cities to the front lines) , they want SS and SE youths to die fighting Boko Haram terrorists that they will still end up releasing into the public as repentant terrorists, while they send Northern soldiers to the south to terrorise and extort motorists.

Igbo culture strongly emphasizes business, education, and entrepreneurship. Military careers are seen as too restrictive or limiting for personal ambition.
After the Civil War, many Igbos developed a deep distrust for the Nigerian military, which had been used to suppress the secessionist movement. We practice a democracy, meaning those people were chosen by a majority. We have over 250 tribes in Nigeria. You just mentioned 4 people out of over 200million and if an Igbo is not there, it is marginalization?

What i noticed in my little experience is that igbos have no external enemies. Igbos are found, and live comfortably and thriving in every part of Nigeria. If they had enemies, they would not. People don't buy their lives from their enemies, do they? All over Nigeria, people buy food, medicine, spare parts and other life dependent goods from igbos and live with and marry igbos. On the other hand, igbos intentionally inject hatred for others in themselves. They are hostile to other tribes and religions in the SEast much more than others. Make marriage, and establishment by others extremely hard compared to other regions, have this needlessly irritating competition with others, especially the SWest, and wear a PTSD victimhood garb around. Seems the enemy of the igbos are the igbos.
