Hello Nairalanders,

This is a painful post to write. I’m a hardworking Nigerian and a father of two kids (ages 3 and 5). For 3 months, I saved up $1,000 to create a better future. But everything was destroyed in one day by a fraudulent so-called “Forex account manager” who goes by the name ZillaTrades—real name Aromeh Ali.

We agreed on a simple deal: he would manage the account, and we would not touch the funds if it dropped to $400. But he went behind my back, blew the account in one day, and then deleted our Telegram chat to hide the evidence.

Since then, he has:

Refused to refund me

Lied about wallet issues

Played mind games

Avoided responsibility

Used his assistant, Faiza Ejura, as a buffer to dodge accountability.

This isn't a misunderstanding. This is a SCAM.

After blowing my funds, Aromeh Ali (ZillaTrades) deleted our chats—textbook scammer move. He then started spinning stories about "investor crypto wallets" to delay refunding me. This is financial fraud and emotional abuse. No remorse. No conscience. And now I’ve had enough.

I reached out to other people in his circle, including Faiza Ejura, but they all seem to be part of the scam syndicate.

That's my hope. I am writing a petition to the appropriate authorities, such as EFCC. But I want Nigerians and the internet to be aware of these characters posing as professionals but out to ruin lives. I won't keep silent! I will keep updating this thread as I find more information about these people.

They keep showing results and proving to be professional fund managers, signal providers, and mentors. We are searching for income opportunities. It's already hard for us. This very scam hurt me so much because I have little kids I was making a plan for. School will be resuming soon. I can't rest, I am devasted.

As a trader, it's not easy to sit and analyze the market while managing your emotions, only for someone else to walk away with the profits. The so called trader is likely to cheat you.
Many of these self proclaimed 'let me manage your account for you' traders are probably scammers. They've blown their own accounts and are now searching for another source of funds

Look up Kwakoltrades a Nigerian trading site. They shut down abruptly, taking people's money with them, and the site has been inactive ever since. The EFCC likely won't take action. These individuals are smart, they must have planned their escape route, and it's possible the pictures on the site weren’t even theirs. Any trading platform that is only popular in Nigeria is probably 99% a scam

This is not a brokerage firm. It's an individual who has social profiles and share pictures and videos on IG. They are a fraud. He might have ruined my plans and made life harder by blowing my $1000 in just a few hours. What I had saved for over 3 more months. I will go ahead with my petition. I am also gathering many friends and colleagues who are also appalled by this act, this individuals Will be exposed and not have the privilege to scam others anymore. We will also contact their associates on the space.

We have enough fraudsters causing misery here. Our hands are full as it is. Go and broadcast it on those platforms.

We learn everyday. This guy in question is still out there doing this same thing. I'm making this post for awareness. He has over 2000 subscribers on his telegram channel. Imagine how many people couldn't speak out. Imagine if I hadn't screenshot all our conversations before he deleted the chats for both parties, all evidence gone, case close. He is a devil.
