The scammers might not even be in Nigeria..... They might be in Panama just controlling the trading platform

E no shock me. Cos out of all the states I travel this year, na only Ibadan I hear of CBEX. This was back in January. News of steady cashout was in the air. It wasn't like that elsewhere.
