So you didn't see the part where he was charged for a crime, admitted to it and was convicted? Forfeiture is part of the punishment.
No where in the Nigerian constitution does it equate forfeiture of property for refusing to accept a the naira…you law only implies forfeiture when the property was obtained through fraudulent means…even though I don’t agree with the business man, he is a businessman just like dangote…same laws should apply to dangote and NNPC trading Nigeria crude in dollars, imagine sending a citizen to 4 years in prison for the same crime the same government are guilty of…they should all be punished, facts…but stealing his merchandise under the guise of forfeiture is fraudulent…toothless bulldogs, NNPC and Dangote despise the naira so much, just those two trading in Naira, would strengthen the naira alone but who cares about the welfare of Nigerians? The government would do anything to sabotage the economy in order to fill their bellies…The only joy for Africans right now is Ibrahim Traore, one of the few leaders that have the interest of the people at heart. Nigeria military are watching, Ibrahim Traore success would burn in the heart of a young soldier somewhere watching and tired of seeing the people suffer, when that day comes, APC and PDP would beg for the people’s voices but we would keep mute on that day…Power is transcient, just give it time…the former Niger president was so powerful in Niger that he would never have expected a revolution, he had support from France and the whole Europe, imagine France, Europe, USA, Ecowas can’t save him because he sold his own people and they hated him for it…

Sentenced, not jailed, then given an option of fine, so he didn't go to any jail. As a millionaire, he has definitely paid the money and gone to his house.

If the court tells someone to either go to jail or pay a fine, does that mean the person has gone to jail? Relax oo!

Right. As if dangote didn't say he's going to start selling in USD since he purchased crude in USD to avoid losses.

You won’t understand, I’ve had a toxic addiction with my phone today, just jumping on whatever topic and defending ideologies, from hating on Trump to hating on BAT, to demanding justice for CBEX victims…It’s been a whirlwind of attacks and cyber bullying all day. From defending China Tarriff wars, to defending Ibrahim Traore, to defending PO to running to Netflix when I get lost…but the truth really underlies from trying to escape my present reality, I woke up asking GOD why the evil people suffer and the bad ones thrive, and the one response I got is” you are being persecuted because you are mine”….I genuinely hope I can make the world a better place but it’s a really bad place honestly. It’s even worse that I have a job that didn’t pay last 2 month salary, so I’m not sure if I have a job anymore…oops it’s past 6pm, I gotta go to winners mid week service, give me a response though

It takes a lot of mental energy to bell the cat in our society. We all want escapism, but that desire is farfetched.
Sorry about your scathing situation.

Everyone can't simply agree to your argument,
There must be a conflict of interest. But that doesn't mean you're not right.

And also, you're not the only guy going through shit. I'm currently indebted 😂 I mean heavy debt😅😅

The fate of the country has been foreshadowed. We know the guy at asovilla is coming back 2027, we just need to be faithful and work hard and smarter to escape this hellish reality. Where there are selected justice, double standard, lack of opportunities (if you're not part of the guy at asovilla lackeys)
Injustice, and so much more...

Haaa, your own worse pass my own o 😂…I be owing GTB, KUDA, flexcredit and one other app I can’t even remember…but it’s nothing serious though…I would definitely pay off Gtb and Kuda…But the other miscreant app, I requested a 5k loan, only for them to remove about 40% interest off the initial loan and credit me the rest… their methods was so fraudulent and their debt collection means was really aggressive, I needed 5k at the time but they gave me 60% of that under the guise I was going to get 100%…I wasn’t able to chanel the money into the cause which I borrowed it for, their interest rate kept increasing aggressively so I just ignored their aggressive behavior, cursing me and my family members for defaulting for a day also threatening me…their moment I saw that message, I was determined to not pay the money back, so unprofessional…Gtbank are so professional with their debt collection means, just download their app and ask for a salary advance, they would never harass you…apparently these banks are one of the few industries recording massive profits in this crazy economy, when the hardship is making everyone ask for loans. Almost everyone is indebted these days. I genuinely pray you’re able to sort your debt out… what do you do for work though, if you’re a street hustler don’t bother to respond to the question, it’s also allowed
