Don’t buy land in Igbo-Etche in you are in Port-Harcourt.
I have learned the hard way , over 3 plot of land is now short and barely reach 2 plot.

Another one somewhere from no where claiming my land already started digging foundation.

Seems that lands in Lagos, Abuja and pH seem to have more of this problem. Did you survey the land and have the right documents?

Yes I did
The land was in dispute between two communities, the first community started selling at cheap price so when the real community took theme to court and won the case they started selling same place . The person claiming mine bought from the community that lost the case now they are using military to threaten me .

Honestly you made a mistake yourself before paying for any property you should endeavor to make personal findings yourself and ensure you are buying with the right documents. If for instance you had engage even your own TS he would have known before hand. All these real estate companies are pure scam.

House and landed properties are amongst the best investment if you do the finding yourself. If you learn to do things yourself you will be surprised how far you will go without heavy substantial sum in this country.

As a lady nobody fit run me street in this country because I dey shine eyes follow Nigerians when it come to money.

Next time I will suggest you do your findings yourself from the beginning of the communial tree of the land. Ask the old people in the community, nearby community and strangers who bought and built there about it. It's strenuous but life saving.
