For leading Anambra state for 3 years with his massive landmark projects, I am shocked that Soludo have not borrowed a Kobo from any bank.
This is a good leader we all need even in Aso Rock.
I am yet to figure out any Governor in this political dispensation that did not take a loan within 3 years in office.
Infact he deserves a second tenure in office.
