3. If the Supreme Court declares the declaration null and void.
Nigerians should stop been emotional about this issue. The constitution already provided sufficient checks and balances with regard to the declaration of state of emergency.

please, supreme Court already said sole administrators has no basis in law and that Rivers' State money can only be spent by a properly elected governor and all finances approved by a duly constituted Rivers' State House of Assembly.

Oga, stop shoooking mouth in what you do not have information about. Fubara implemented 85k minimum wage last November among the state civil servants. The local government delayed until this February when Fubara ordered the LGA chairmen to begin its implementation. Always take your time to follow national affairs, and very meticulously.

Now, that’s a different thing entirely…the present actions of the sole administrator, when he is replacing directors and chairmen of MDAs in the state. We all disagree absolutely.

However, we need to know how such an amount was defined as a gift, in a society where the citizens are suffering such horrible levels of poverty.

Fubara implemented 85k minimum wage last November to the state civil servants. They Jubilated and everyone saw them. The LGA Chairmen did not, because of the LGA issues. The same Fubara directed its LGA implementation at the end of February, but was overtaken by political events. Your sole administrator simply paid the salaries as agreed.

I wonder why after forwarding links, you preferred to continue with this wrong position. I have above also told you the minimum wage implemented by Fubara. It was 70k by the FG. Fubara surpassed it.

No, you don't understand what's going neither do you understand the implications. Neway, make we leave the matter, they have informed the Sole Administrator that he is free to come to the courts. NBA is on the right as far as am concerned on the matter but let the law decide even though I have no confidence in the Judges.

Even Tinubu couldn't address Ibas as "Head of government", he called him a sole administrator-- a post unknown to the constitution! The sole administrator has no constitutional power to spend Rivers State money that is the supreme Court ruling. Rivers State money must be spent by Rivers government as fully appropriated by the Rivers State House of Assembly. Ibas is unknown under the law.
